Ready for something new? The Blue Mind Reset+Sound Bath on Jupiter Inlet helps you slow down by the water at the end of the day. Slip into a restorative practice with guided meditation, light stretches and a mini-eco talk designed to explore our relationship with nature and consciously experience the positive blue mind health benefits of being near wild waters together. Organic Elderberry Hibiscus herbal iced tea to sip at end of the practice compliments of local business partner Carve Surf and Coffee.
Held on the lighthouse deck.
Must arrive promptly by 7 to check in.
Plan to be comfortable on a wood deck. Bring blankets, yoga mat(s)or low backed beach chair for the back row.
Please bring a reusable cup or bottle and go plastic-free with Wildbluesea!
