Ready for something new? The Blue Mind Reset on Jupiter Inlet helps you slow down by the water at the end of the day. Slip into a restorative practice with guided meditation, light stretches and a mini-eco talk designed to explore our relationship with nature and consciously experience the positive blue mind health benefits of being near wild waters together. Held on the lighthouse deck. Must arrive promptly by 7 to check in.
$15 donation at the entrance.

Plan to be comfortable on a wood deck. Bring blankets, yoga mat(s)or low backed beach chair for the back row.
