Hi folks
I have just heard back from the Avalon Community center and we have the space on the 28th September. This session will be limited to 9 people as the space only lends its self to having a small group living down, comfortably. Please get in touch to book your space.
I have worked with Blue Lotus over many years and feel it would be a delightful thing to offer before the sound journey 🎶✨️⚖️
Here is some information about it:
💙 Blue Lotus is an Egyptian water lily containing apomorphine and nuciferine. It has a psychoactive alkaloid effect similar to Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) as it stimulates dopamine receptors. Blue Lotus as a tea is known for its mild sedative qualities, making it a wonderful herbal relaxant. It's traditionally used to reduce insomnia and relieve premenstrual tension. Blue Lotus is also good for lowering depression and stress levels.

I am going to offer a space in July for a special tea ceremony before a sound bath at the Avalon community centre.
We will sit with the tea, gather our thoughts, drink, breath and let go of tension and stress, bringing us into a blissful state. Ready to receive the subtle dynamics of sound bath healing.
You are welcome to attend only one or both parts of this event. Booking in advance is recommended as spaces are limited to 12 people.
