Kara is a trained yoga instructor, meditation and mindfulness teacher who teaches adults and children in various settings across Devon
She is qualified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and teaching with Mindfulness In Schools Project. She holds a distinction in DipYoga, Yogabugs and attended the Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training in Kerala, India.
Kara is a Reiki Master and sound therapist (Atlantis College of Sound) and offers 1:1 intuitive healing using Reiki and sound.
She runs soundbaths - on the 2nd Sunday of every month @Kiva and Zen studio in Topsham and regular retreats and events with horses alongside Thoughts and Soul in Colyton
