We will gather for this healing journey on Friday, December 6th, from 6-8pm. We’ll begin by sharing a cup of blue lotus tea in circle together. Blue Lotus flower has been used historically, most famously in Egypt, to open the third eye chakra and induce visions. Legend tells us that the
Goddess Isis drank blue lotus tea daily to receive visions from Spirit that would lead her people in the most peaceful way. This magical flower facilitates relaxation, sleep, and lucid dreaming. She (the spirit of blue lotus) is also considered to be an aphrodisiac, creating an embodied feeling of a light euphoric glow.
After we have finished our tea, we will get comfortable on our mats, and I will lead you through a lightly guided meditation to help you settle into the visionary space. Then, we will go deeper into meditation as I weave light and angelic codes through energy and sound, and through the landscape of our senses, to create a healing and visionary journey for you that leads you into deep connection with your Soul Light and Inner Guidance. A safe and sacred space is created and allows for deep healing and potent messages to come through and be received.
There will be time for integration after the journey. Feel free to bring a journal with you. We will finish the evening with a closing circle. Please bring a water bottle. Refills are available. Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you would be more comfortable.
