Sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is stop completely 💜
Join Claire from A Soulful Wispa and myself, Sharon, for our next Cacao, Holy Fire Reiki & Sound Bath—a beautiful two-hour experience created to help you step away from the constant noise and give your body and mind space to settle.
We’ll begin with heart-opening cacao and a gentle guided meditation, followed by hands-on Reiki healing for everyone and an immersive Sound Bath. All you need to do is lie back, receive and allow yourself to be looked after for a while.
📅 Friday 23rd Oct
⏰ 7-9pm
