We will be doing the exact script Dolores Cannon has used in her sessions.

Blue lotus does have psychoactive effects and will provide feelings of relaxation and euphoria. Blue lotus will help shift our minds into theta brainwave, to help us reach states of consciousness that will allow us to recall past life memories.

Our evening will start with the tea and explanation about blue lotus. We will then transition into a connection exercise. Followed by a guided hypnosis to retrieve past life memories. We will end the night with a healing/sharing circle to discuss and integrate our new memories into our conscious being.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on. Body temperatures can drop in meditation, so an extra blanket may be advisable. If you'd like an eye mask, please bring that as well. A journal is also Highly recommended!

FYI: This ceremony will be minimum of 2 hours, however could go up to 4 hours. In plant medicine ceremonies we never how long healings may take.
