For a deeper connection with Cacao and the Blue Lotus, we recommend fasting a few hours before the event and staying hydrated throughout the day. Wear comfortable clothing to relax fully during the sound journey, and please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Please note that some people might have difficulties falling asleep when drinking cacao in the evening, so be aware of this if you have to get up early the next morning.

Mary is a passionate plant medicine practitioner with years of experience facilitating cacao ceremonies and sound healing journeys. Feel free to reach out with any questions about the plants, though please note she will be offline from January 22 to February 3.
Aiste is a curious psychologist, sound therapist, and healer, dedicated to raising vibrations and spreading joy. She’s available to answer any questions you may have about the evening.
