Featuring performances by:
MIVULE:
Mivule began as a trio, incorporating the styles of Reggae, Afrobeat, and Dub in English as well as in Luganda. Their infectious rhythms and heartfelt lyrics are primed to get people on their feet. South Sudanese/Ugandan singer and songwriter Brian Broda is the powerhouse front man, delivering rhythm guitar and strong vocals that feature lyrics on themes of social justice, love, and peace. Bassist/Guitarist Matt Yard brings his love of dub music and heavy bass lines while ‘Jammin’ Jesiah Yarish adds prog rock flare and reggae roots to the drums with a heaping side of funk.

AZA NABUKO:
Aza Nabuko is a Vancouver-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Known for her dark, atmospheric goth-pop, indie, and alternative sound, she began writing and releasing music as a teenager, drawing early critical comparisons to artists like Billie Eilish and Lorde. Her lyrically complex songs are anchored by a raw, mature, and highly expressive voice that ranges effortlessly from a soft, mournful low end to a full-blown crescendo.

Hailing from Surrey BC, CocoLarosa is a folk singer/songwriter specializing in rhythmically bombastic and lyrically driven storytelling. His raw, poetic songs resonate with listeners who appreciate the honesty of Bob Dylan, the grit of Tom Waits, and the emotional depth of John Moreland.
