Blue Full Moon Flowers & Sound @ 432Hz is a mindful gathering designed to help you transition out of the busyness of the day and into a space of creativity, reflection, and deep relaxation.

In honor of the Blue Full Moon energy, we will gather outdoors for a peaceful afternoon of flowers, sound healing, and intentional connection at Sur La Brea Park in Torrance.

We will begin the experience by creating a beautiful floral arrangement. This hands-on activity invites creativity, presence, and a moment to reconnect with yourself while soft music plays through Bluetooth headphones, allowing you to stay immersed in a calm and mindful atmosphere as you design your bouquet.

Complimentary chamomile tea will be served as you settle in and gently transition from your work day into a slower rhythm in the park.

After our floral ritual, we will move into a restorative 432Hz sound bath under the open sky. You will remain immersed in the experience through your Bluetooth headphones as the healing tones of quartz crystal sound bowls guide you into a deeply calming and meditative state.

These bowls are tuned to 432Hz and correspond to the energetic centers of the body, supporting relaxation, energetic balance, and inner alignment.

Following the sound bath, you will have the opportunity to journal and release any lingering stagnancy, allowing space for clarity and new intentions under the Blue Moon energy.

You will leave with your handmade floral arrangement as a beautiful reminder of the experience. Many participants choose to dry their flowers so they can keep them as a lasting memory.

To honor the Blue Full Moon, each attendee will also receive a special gift bag including blue crystals, palo santo & matches.
