You will understand the direct connection between culture, well-being, and performance — and how a culture shift can transform the environment you work in every day. You will build resilience through science-backed tools that prepare you for, help you recover from, and allow you to adapt in the face of whatever the job puts in front of you. And you will develop the practical wisdom to make sound decisions — in the moment, with the people in front of you — no matter what the situation demands.
