Even though Christmastime is a season of great joy and light, for many of us, it can feel heavy. The joy around us can accentuate pain and loss we are carrying.The purpose of this service is not to take the darkness away or minimize pain, but to help reveal God’s presence in the midst of it. This time together is a reminder that we do not journey alone. Tears and pain are not just accepted, they are welcomed.
