Our 6:15 Wednesday Evening Prayer Service on Dec. 17 will be a Blue Christmas, or Longest Night, service. This will be a liturgy where we seek to recognize that life is fraught with pain and sorrow and complexity - and that Christ is born into the world to bring hope and the promise of new life. After the service, we'll have cider and cookies.
