We will visit a local Asian Market to find ingredients with Chef Dennis and then head over to Blue Bamboo to get cooking!
For this class, we will meet at Jax Oriental Grocery at 10AM, take a quick tour, and then purchase some ingredients to cook at Blue Bamboo.
We'll eat everything that we cook, and learn some interesting techniques along the way.
