About Sandra Turley: She performed the role of Cosette in Les Miserables on Broadway in New York City and was part of the original closing cast. Sandra was invited to perform the role of Cosette in the Shanghai, China premiere of Les Miserables alongside Broadway star, Colm Wilkinson. Spirit of the Y Award: We will again present the Spirit of the Y Award which is given each year to one that has had an impact on Nashville and demonstrates the BYU motto "enter to learn and go forth to serve," furthering the aims of a BYU education regardless of the recipient's alma mater. Award winners may be graduates of Brigham Young University but are more importantly known for emulating the Savior Jesus Christ via lifelong learning and service.
