Every Saturday beginning October 10th, five guests are invited to take a seat at the private tasting table inside the Blue 42 Apothecary for an immersive, one-hour coffee tasting and pairing hosted by Blue 42 owner Henry Ostaszewski.

Make and taste four distinctive coffees, from espresso and signature Blue 42 blends to carefully selected single origins, and discover how origin, roast and brew shape every cup.

Guests will also enjoy two curated culinary pairings showcasing the bakers, makers, growers, beekeepers and creameries that make up the Blue 42 community. One session may include something warm and buttery from the Blue 42 kitchen. Another might feature a handcrafted creation from one of the local makers we work with, such as Wild Flours Bread Co., Aries Plant Medicine, Allison's Honey, Blue Bench, or Red Oak Lavender Farm.

Pairings will change with the season.
