Blossoming - Full Moon Breath Journey

Join us for an evening of connection, release, and renewal under the energy of the Flower Moon.

This guided breath journey is designed to support you in letting go of what no longer serves, recalibrating your nervous system, and reconnecting to your inner rhythm.
Through a combination of intention setting, embodied movement, and conscious breathwork, you will be invited into a deeper relationship with your body and inner landscape.

The Flower Moon represents a time of growth, expansion, and gentle transformation -offering an opportunity to soften, open, and realign with what is truly meaningful.

Together, we will move through:
• Sharing circle to ground into the present moment
• Intention setting to clarify what you are ready to release or call in
• Embodied movement to reconnect with the body & release anything needing to be let go
• 1 hr guided breath journey to connect within, honouring the blossoming of the self

This experience is open to all levels , 18+ and is held in a safe & supportive space.
