INTERNATIONAL AID CHARITY (IAC)

Blossoming Flowers- Chicago is pleased to support International Aid Charity.

International Aid Charity (IAC) provides emergency and ongoing aid relief, education, orphan sponsorship and social support services to marginalized peoples throughout the world. IAC's donors and volunteers work directly with communities to offer both physical and emotional health through education, housing and vocational training for orphans and widows, sports and creative arts programs.

I acknowledge and agree to release event operators, coordinators, volunteers and affiliates of any responsibility for all injuries, liabilities, expenses and/or causes of action while on or using the premises.

I give permission for photographs taken during the Children's Mawlid to be used for publicity purposes.

Children must stay within sight of parents and instructors at all times. It is imperative that children behave and obey instructions. Children whose conduct or influence creates safety or discipline problems will be asked to leave.

If your child has food allergies, please notify the volunteers prior to the event.
