🌸 Blossom Women’s Retreats are safe and nurturing spaces, designed for women to rest, recover, and reconnect in the company of a small, intimate group.
Together, we share creative and educational workshops alongside quiet moments for reflection, exploration, and personal healing. This retreat is a gentle invitation to unwind, find clarity, and begin blossoming into your next chapter.
You’ll be guided by Samantha Jane and Taya Divnova as we move through a day of nourishment, creativity, and connection at Black Sheep Retreat at the top of Morningside hill, overlooking the beautiful landscapes in front of us.
🌸 Samantha Jane will be your Retreat Host and Trauma-Informed Facilitator.
She is the Founder of Black Sheep Retreat, an interactive accommodation space created as a safe, nurturing haven for families, friends, couples, and individuals to rest, heal, and rediscover themselves after life’s valley seasons. These retreats are not just getaways — they are spaces of rejuvenation, creativity, and purpose.
Alongside her professional background of 17 years in graphic design, and over 8 years in property investment and business ownership, Sam carries the wisdom of raw lived experience. She has walked through the complexities of narcissistic abuse — including psychological, financial, and litigation abuse — and knows what it means to feel silenced, unseen, and overwhelmed.
Her journey through many healing modalities eventually led her to NLP therapy — a turning point that became the catalyst for her own transformation. Experiencing its impact firsthand, Sam felt called to train as a practitioner so she could guide others with the same compassion, creativity, and courage that helped her reclaim her voice, her mind and her life back.
Now, she walks alongside others as they step out of survival mode and into possibility — gently shepherding new beginnings, one brave step at a time.
🌸 Taya Divnova will be your Creative Facilitator.
Taya blends creativity with healing, as a multi-skilled artist in Visual & Fine Arts, and a certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach.
With a Diploma in Psychology, she runs art classes & workshops for dementia and hospital patients, using art to uplift and improve wellbeing.
Taya will take us on a journey of self-discovery, using non-clinical Art Therapy techniques to inspire self-expression and emotional wellness through creativity.
SPECIAL GUEST:
🌸 Jessie Buttons — The NZ Super Nanny
Parenting Coach & Author of The Nature of Children
Founder of The Super Nanny Parenting Membership
Mum to Teddy (3) and Bonnie (1.5)
Join Jess for an uplifting and practical session designed to empower you to feel your best — inside and out. Jess will share how to use whole foods, natural medicine, and essential oils to support your physical, emotional, and family wellbeing.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:
🌸 Use essential oils to support emotions, mood, sleep, immunity and digestion
🌸 Create a natural first aid kit using just 10 core oils
🌸 Reduce your family’s toxic exposure without overwhelm
🌸 Take small, sustainable steps that make a big difference
Leave feeling nourished, inspired, and empowered in simple ways to bring balance and calm into your daily life.
SCHEDULE
🌸 We’ll begin with snacks and a hot drink. Gentle introductions led by Samantha Jane — opening space for safe sharing, conversation, and connection. She will touch on her own journey of healing and share tools and modalities which helped her to begin a new life and start again, from the ground up.
From there, we will ease into our Bloom Workshop with Jessie Buttons to discuss simple, wholesome options that nourish your body, calm your mind, and restore your glow. We will also take a look at some beautiful essential oils for everyday use.
Note: This event is a BYO (Bring Your Own) lunch event so that we can keep the costs of tickets to an affordable price.
In the afternoon, Taya Divnova will guide our therapeutic Creative Workshop, where we are all invited to explore self-expression through painting on canvas. — Each piece can be taken home as a reminder of your experience at Blossom Women’s Mini Retreats and Black Sheep Retreat.
We’ll close the day softly, with optional sharing and space to explore the interactive retreat setting in your own way.
✨ This gathering is limited to 10 women to ensure intimacy, safety, and care for everyone.

🌸 Together, Sam, Taya and Jessie will stand alongside you, while we share our journeys and connect with like-minded souls. We hope to inspire you all to trust your own inner wisdom and take small steps toward your healthiest and happiest self.
We can’t wait to welcome you into this space — to meet new faces, share gentle moments, and support you in your next steps toward healing, clarity, and wholeness.
Note: We will not be taking photos during this time, as we value everyone's privacy. You are welcome to take photos of the space provided. Please be mindful of the people around us. You are most welcome to take photos of others with their permission.
