Celebrate the Flower Full Moon with an evening of deep rest, renewal, and energetic healing. This special 2 hour event blends restorative yoga with individual Reiki to support emotional release, calm the nervous system, and increase the blossoming energy of Spring.Join Melissa Benson, RYT-500 and Reiki Master, as she guides you through gentle, supported restorative postures that invite the body to soften and unwind. As you settle into each shape, Melissa will offer Reiki energy to heal and encourage balance, openness, and a sense of inner blossoming aligned with the Flower Moon's themes of growth and renewal.
The Flower Full Moon is traditionally a time of expansion, clarity, and emerging into your fullest expression. This practice creates space to let go of what feels heavy, allowing you to reconnect with your inner light and welcome the new season with intention and ease.
You'll leave feeling grounded, nourished, and gently awakened - like a flower opening to the moonlit night.
The studio will supply bolsters, blankets, hand towels, and blocks. Please bring a mat and water.
