This experience will guide you through the themes of growth, vision, and renewal, helping you connect with the season’s natural rhythm.

We’ll begin with an introduction to Five Element Theory and how seasonal living supports energetic balance. Herbalist Nora will lead a Schissandra Tea Ceremony, a mindful practice to awaken our senses and receive the spirit of this potent plant ally. Then, you will be guided through Soulmatic Alchemy Flow (Ashley's Signature embodiment flow), which will include gentle movement and breathwork to activate the Liver & Gallbladder meridians, releasing stagnation and inviting clarity for the path ahead. We’ll close with reflection, integration practices, and space for shared insights.

YOUR FACILITATORS

Ashley René is an intuitive guide and facilitator of women's healing spaces, specializing in Energetic Alignment & Healing. With a deep-rooted background in The Five Element Theory, Somatic Healing, and Energy Work, she empowers women to embody their divine essence, release stagnant energy, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Through The Soulmatic Feminine, Ashley curates transformative experiences like the Soulmatic Circle, weaving together ancient wisdom, movement, and breathwork to support personal expansion and energetic alignment.

Nora Luce is a local folk herbalist who serves the community at the local farmer's markets with her company Critical Ritual. She has a passion for sharing her many years of education in medical botany and folk herbalism. Her desire is for this community to have more awareness to the abundance of plant medicine that surrounds us in this city and the re-awakening of more medicine people on this land.
