Bloom Creative Arts Early Learning Center/Preschool Program Philosophy: At Bloom we provide Special Education Services Speech Therapy Occupational Therapy Physical Therapy and Music Therapy. With a strong focus for children with autism developmental delays sensory needs or of unique abilities we strive to provide the best we can offer for your family as you transition into the school system. Our integrated preschool classrooms are housed inside Care-A-Lot Childcare Centers and our newest location Bloom Early Learning Center.
