About this Event
Bloomington has a special mix of people — creatives, founders, builders, storytellers, leaders, students, and neighbors. Bloomington Breakfast Club was created to bring those people together around real stories and meaningful work.
This monthly morning gathering is simple by design. Coffee. Conversation. Community.
No pressure. No pitch. Just a chance to start the day connected to ideas and people that matter.
Our February Breakfast Club features Ellise A. Smith and her talk, Threads of Resilience: Reclaiming Our Stories to Build Community Connection.
When we share our stories, we begin to heal. When we turn those stories into art, we build bridges. In this interactive and personal discussion, Ellise explores how creative expression can help process experience, foster connection, and strengthen community. Attendees will leave with new ways to think about personal narrative, creativity, and the role storytelling plays in individual and collective growth.
Coffee and light breakfast provided.
Limited seating available.
Doors open at 8:30am — come early, grab coffee, and meet someone new before we begin at 9:00am.
