In this the trail's 11th year, we are excited to bring you the event that showcases all the Bloomingdale Trail has to offer and support the mission of the Friends of the Bloomingdale Trail.

Join us for a fun, family-friendly event offering a timed 5K and youth events including a 1/4 mile and 1/2 mile dash. When participating in the 5K, you'll enjoy beautiful views of the city on the elevated trail.

SCHEDULE of EVENTS:
Friday, September 25, 4-7pm: Packet Pick-Up at McCormick YMCA*
Saturday, September 26 -- RUN DAY!
7:30-8:45am: Packet Pick-Up at McCormick YMCA*
7:30-9:00am: Kids Activity Station opens, live music begins, snacks and beverages available, sponsor activations and more!
9:00am: Kids dashes begin
9:20am: 5K starts (will start immediately following kids races)
9:30-11am: Awards, post-race snacks and mingling
*Packet Pick-Up, check-in and start/finish of the race will take place at McCormick YMCA, located on the west end of the Bloomingdale Trail (1834 N Lawndale)
