Once our collaged foundations are set, Robin will guide you step-by-step through composing and creating a whimsical "floral in a vase" centerpiece layered directly over your ephemera. By the end of the session, you will leave with a highly personal, ready-to-display piece of fine art that weaves your own memories right into the wood panel.
What You Will Learn:
Surface Preparation: Techniques for prepping and working on a 12x12 wood panel.
Collage Fundamentals: How to tear, arrange, and seamlessly adhere various paper weights and textures to build a cohesive background.
Floral Composition: Designing and bringing to life a vibrant floral and vase still life over a textured, mixed-media foundation.
What to Bring: Please gather and bring a personalized stash of paper ephemera to make your artwork truly your own!
