Please join Shailene, Jimbo, and Beth for an immersive, experiential welcoming of Spring, for the Earth and for ourselves.As we cross the threshold of the Spring Equinox, we gather to honor the return of light, life, and movement in a 3-part ritual journey designed to awaken what has been resting beneath the surface.
We will begin by grounding and planting seeds of intention (both symbolic and physical), rooting our hopes, visions, and prayers into fertile soil. From there, we will build and connect energy through drumming, allowing rhythm to reawaken vitality, community, and shared pulse. Finally, we will unleash joy and energy through embodied dance, surrendering to movement as life rises, expands, and blooms.
This experience mirrors the natural arc of Spring; grounding, connecting, and blossoming to ensure that participants leave nourished, enlivened, and carrying a living reminder of what they are growing alongside the Earth in the season ahead.
