Have you ever followed a gut feeling or heard a quiet inner voice guiding you in moments of doubt or danger? Have you ever felt torn between what truly feels right for you and what seems logically sensible?

What would it be like to move in “flow,” where your path feels smoother and your actions more natural?
In this session, you’ll learn how to distinguish between intuition, instinct, and emotion, gaining deeper self-awareness and a more comprehensive understanding of how your intuition can guide your life.

Trial Class: Introduction To Innerdance: Using Sound to Work with Your Dreams
Host: The Cave Collective (@thecavecollective)
Info: Capacity: 8 pax
In this introductory workshop, a short Jungian Active Imagination practice will be introduced to help access your unconscious projections. You’ll also experience an Innerdance sound journey that guides you towards the REM phase where dreaming occurs, creating space to process emotions, release old stories, and reconnect with intuition.
What is Innerdance?
Innerdance is a sound-led process that gently invites the brain and body toward REM-like states (the phase of sleep where dreaming happens). As you relax into a layered soundscape, natural entrainment can occur—helping images, emotions, and memories rise from the unconscious to be noticed and processed. When the system feels safe enough to soften, long-held stories can discharge, incomplete emotional arcs move toward completion, and your nervous system has a chance to organise around coherence instead of tension.

Workshop: The Mirror You Won’t Find on the Wall
Host: Inner Mirror Studios (Facebook)
Info: Capacity: 10 pax
Every morning, we check our reflection — smoothing our edges, polishing our image, preparing to be seen. Over time, we start to believe that the mirror on the wall shows us who we truly are.
But it doesn’t. It only reveals the surface.
The Mirror You Won’t Find on the Wall is a small-group workshop that invites you into a different kind of reflection — one that goes beyond appearance, performance, or explanation. Through simple objects, sand, and guided prompts, you’ll enter a symbolic space where insight emerges through sensation, intuition, and quiet noticing.
This is not therapy or analysis. You won’t be asked to share your story or unpack emotions. It’s simple — and surprisingly profound.
This workshop is for anyone who’s curious about:
Exploring their inner world in a creative, non-verbal way
Taking a break from overthinking, fixing, or performing
Gaining a fresh perspective without “going deep”
Trying something symbolic, tactile, and quietly meaningful.

Talk: How To Use Qimen to Overcome Schizophrenia
Host: Amy Kang Metaphysics (@amykangmetaphysics)
Info: Capacity: 15 pax
For over 30 years, Amy walked a journey with schizophrenia — navigating confusion, emotional storms, and the search for inner peace. There were years when her mind felt like chaos, where clarity seemed impossible.
Then she discovered Qimen Dunjia, an ancient Chinese metaphysical system. What began as curiosity slowly became her compass. Qimen taught her that every challenge carries an energy pattern — and when she understood where her energy was flowing or blocked, she could finally move with life instead of fighting it.
Through Qimen, she learned when to pause, when to act, and how to listen to the unseen rhythms of timing and direction. It wasn’t instant healing, but a gradual unfolding — from fear to trust, from confusion to clarity.
Today, she use the same wisdom to help others find their calm and direction, especially those battling burnout, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. Qimen became her way home — and now, she share it so others can find theirs too.
