We will begin the evening with a magical elixirs provided by Myco Wellness to ground you into the space, followed by serving of Ceremonial Cacao to unlock the heart with Mikaela de la myco then, into an invigorating breathwork journey blending Wim Hof, holotropic and healing led by Bloom with Rose with guest supporter Spinal Energetics with Candice ending the evening with grounding sound healing immersion to welcome you back.
