Welcome to the Bloom September Rejuvinate Event!

Get ready to indulge in a day of guilt free fitness, relaxation and rejuvenation at Zeno Health club.

Join us for a 45 minute positive, uplifting Rhythm (indoor cycling) class with Holli on the bike, followed by a relaxing, refreshing yoga session with Jasmine.

Our very own safe space chat will involve not only our group discussion but goal setting session and help on setting better/more relasitic goals for the end of the year!

We will be rounding up the event in true pre October style with coffee and cakes - because balance right?

Everyone who attends will recieve a gorgeous goodie bag with some self care treats to help get you ready for Autumn and a chance to win some prizes along the day!
