Self-Care Bootcamp “BLOOM” Retreat will be an awakening! A rebirth. A time to stand in your truth. A time to tend to what you really want. A time to nourish and nurture your body, mind, and soul and ask it what it really wants. A weekend of quiet reflection in a cozy retreat center. A weekend spent connecting with other like-minded women.
The two-night all-inclusive package includes private accommodations with luxurious linens and fuzzy bath robes. There are options for you to have a private room to yourself or have a friend join you in a shared room.
Freshly prepared, nourishing gourmet meals are included the entire weekend along with coffee, tea, and snacks. Also enjoy refreshing walks in nature including the magical prayer & meditation labyrinth.
Each recipient will be treated to special surprises all weekend and receive a beautiful self-care gift box and Self-Care Compass Journal.
The itinerary will include yoga, breathwork, journaling, and workshops taught by Sondra Dubas, Integrative Wellness Coach and founder of Self-Care Bootcamp. There will be art therapy projects, time for infrared sauna, spa treatments and a magical sound bath. Massages can be booked and arranged directly with Sonlit at additional cost.
The theme of this retreat is BLOOM and will focus on YOU standing in your truth about what you really need and especially what you really WANT and how to take steps to help you triumph in the most revolutionary way!
