Welcome to an experiential healing session where you can reconnect with your inner self through the power of breath work and cacao. Let the elemental energy of nature guide you on a journey of self-discovery and emotional release.
This in-person event offers a safe space to dive deep into your emotions and find balance within.
Join us for a transformative experience that combines the healing properties of breath work and the heart-opening effects of cacao.
Take this opportunity to relax, breathe, and bloom into your true self.
Bloom Elemental - Cacao opens the heart space whilst breath relaxes the conscious mind, allowing the meditation to take you wherever you need to go.
Cacao; traditionally used as a medicine to tap into the heart space - allowing you to come out of your head and land in your body.
Breath work; an incredible practice which temporarily dissolves the critical faculty of our mind, allowing us to relax completely and tune into our unconscious mind.
Mediation; inspired by the elements, leaving you to relax and wander into a beautiful journey with yourself, whilst in support of your experienced facilitator.
