Now, we're celebrating three years of GGY with a special experience designed to bring our community together, both on and off the mat.
Join us for a 75-minute anniversary practice led by our Teacher Tribe — Jen, Angela, Natalie, Melanie, Lisa + Marie — coming together for a special team-taught experience celebrating our journey, our growth, and everything we've experienced together along the way.
Afterwards, celebrate off the mat with 45 minutes of connection, community, and mocktails, including a few surprises along the way.
Because we're more than movement. We're the moments in between. The people beside you on the mat. The laughter, the connection, the courage to show up exactly as you are. The feeling of belonging.
And after being named a Runner-Up in Medina County Readers' Best of the Best, we're especially excited to open our doors and invite you to experience what makes GGY so special.
