Join us for a beautiful Sunday afternoon designed to help you slow down, move your body, nourish your mind and connect with some wonderful women!
Following the incredible energy from this event in October, we’re bringing this special event back and it’s set to be just as perfect! 🫶
Hosted at the calming space of Yoga Sangha in Cheadle, this event is in collaboration between Natalie from Bothy & Bloom Events and Farren from Yoga and Health Space.
What to expect…
✨ Yoga Flow (1 hour)
We’ll begin with a grounding, accessible yoga session led by Farren. This is suitable for all levels.
📖 Self Development Book Experience
After yoga, you’ll be gifted a wrapped self development book to open (yours to keep)
We’ll then come together in a relaxed circle to chat about the books, share reflections (if you’d like), and have some nice chats!
🥐 Food & Alcohol Free Drinks
Enjoy a selection of delicious snacks and refreshing alcohol free drinks while connecting with like-minded women in a calming space!
The vibe…
This is not about pressure, perfection or “fixing” yourself.
It’s about slowing down, being present and surrounding yourself with good energy and genuine connection.
Whether you come alone or with a friend, you’ll be welcomed into the space!
