Flowers will be blooming, the beer will be flowing, and you’ll (hopefully) be joining us for our Spring Beer Dinner!
Join us Thursday, May 1st at 5:30 for Bloom & Brew: A Spring Beer Dinner.
The menu is as follows:
FIRST COURSE
Tuna Ceviche - Fire roasted tomatoes, citrus vinaigrette. Served on crispy plantains
SECOND COURSE
Steak and Cheese empanada with peppers and onions
THIRD COURSE
Fried goat cheese salad over arugula, tomato, cucumber, rosemary croutons ano a honey vinaigrette
FOURTH COURSE
Blackened Salmon or Chicken (your choice), Served with a bacon & pineapple fried rice, topped with a mango & white balsamic reduction
DESSERT
Passion Fruit Creme Brûlée
Tickets are $66 and can be purchased on our website at www.vanishedvalley.com
