Bloom & Baby Spring Term

is a nurturing community for mums and their babies to take part in restorative gardening sessions and to grow together in the heart of nature.

Term tickets for Spring include 4 sessions either on a Monday or Friday:

Spring Term 1 starts Friday 6th of March and includes dates 13th, 20th & 27th of March.

If attending on a Monday your first session will start on the 9th of March and includes dates 16th, 23rd & 30th.

Drop in tickets are also available for all sessions.

Designed for early motherhood when babies are small enough to rest, be carried or explored close by. A sanctuary created for you so your baby is comfortably included and you are truly nurtured.

The weekly ritual:

• Nature's Rhythm; simple gardening and nature-based activities tailored for the seasons.
• Mindful moments; mindfulness and well-being practices designed for new motherhood.
• Sensory play; natural sensory exploration for babies in a calm environment.
• Connection; a warming cuppa, nourishing treats and time for honest conversation.
