There’s nothing ancient about Primitive’s sound or technique. Pushing the DJ and rave lifestyle in the Pacific Northwest since 2000, supporting the music community by creating a slew of residencies, coordinating gigs for other DJs, promoting shows and developing the community through platforms like Party People Sound Solutions, Primitive Hustle, Footwork Entertainent, The Valley Stage (Tall Tree Music Fest), and PK Sound Victoria. Primitive currently finds himself in full flow state as the Music Director at The Downbeat nightclub. All Primitive ever wanted was to rock a party and he is guaranteed to create a sweaty mess on the dance floor. A DJ’s DJ that can burn down any dance, don't sleep when Primitive get's behind the decks.

For Bloom, Primitive will be bringing a set of Afro, Dancehall and Baille Funk influenced house music, along side elements of Dub, Disco and Funk.

Skyla J is an accomplished vocalist and songwriter, celebrated for her soulful performances and genre-crossing collaborations. From enchanting audiences on stages at Montreal Jazz Fest and Rifflandia to collaborating on genre-bending projects with WODNB and Deepalma Records her artistry knows no boundaries. Now, she also channels that creative force and her love for music into DJing—crafting immersive sets that weave percussive rhythms, deep bass, soulful melodies, and cultural textures.
