How do you prepare?
✅ Make sure that you drink plenty of water.
✅ Eat well-balanced iron iron-rich meals (especially the morning before donating),
✅ Bring an ID with you to the bus!
✅ Make sure you limit your caffeine intake the morning before the drive.
