Explore relief printmaking on fabric! First, carve a design onto a rubber block to create a custom stamp. Then, using the stamp, print your own pattern on a fabric item (choice of: apron, tote bag, tea towel or bandana). Please feel free to prepare a drawing or print out images for inspiration. Letters or symbols should be mirrored or printed in reverse. Block size is roughly 4x4 inches.
Age: This class is appropriate for ages 12+. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please purchase one ticket for each person attending.
Location: This class will take place at Kali Ann Art Studio, located at 1144 E. Main Street, Rochester, NY 14609. The front entrance is ground level with a parking lot in the rear of the building at 355 Hayward Ave.
Accessibility: An accessible entrance is located by parking in the Autozone lot and using our front entrance.
