The tenth season of the Watertown Players Community Theater performing in The Market will be kicking off with Blithe Spirit! The production will run two weekends beginning September 27th and 28th at 7 p.m. and September 29th at 2 p.m., and again on October 4th and 5th at 7p.m. and October 6th at 2 p.m. Performances will be at The Watertown Players Theater, 210 S. Water St, Watertown, WI. Tickets are on sale now at Watertown Piggly Wiggly or by calling the Box Office at 920-306-4364. Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door.

A delightful ghostly comedy by Noel Coward, Blithe Spirit is about an author, Charles Condomine, who wants to write a novel about a psychic medium. He invites Madame Arcati, a local medium, to a dinner party in his home to learn a few “tricks of the trade” for his novel. The dinner party is attended by Mr. and Mrs. Condomine, Dr. and Mrs. Bradman, and Madame Arcati. All seems to be going well until the unexpected arrival of Charles’ dead first wife who makes mischief and causes marital rifts between Charles and his current wife, Ruth.
