Hi, I’m Megan Conover, founder of Healing Journey Acupuncture and Wellness. I’m a licensed acupuncturist in Pennsylvania with over a decade of experience, a certified sound healer, and also certified in past life regression therapy. With additional training in yoga and meditation, I love weaving all of these practices together to create a safe, nurturing space for rest and renewal.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll usually find me on a yoga mat, out hiking or traveling with my husband and our dog Chloe, skiing, or curled up with a good book.

Leah Whyte, owner of Inward Bound Yoga in West Chester, will be leading you on the Yoga Nidra portion of the evening. Leah Whyte is a compassionate and grounded yoga and meditation teacher known for creating welcoming spaces that encourage deep rest, mindful movement, and inner connection. Her classes weave together gentle flow, restorative practices, and Yoga Nidra to help students find balance in both body and mind.

Drawing on her background in holistic wellness and her intuitive teaching style, Leah guides students toward self-awareness and calm, meeting each person exactly where they are. Whether leading a peaceful Sunday class or a special event, her approach is both nurturing and accessible, reminding us that stillness itself can be deeply healing.
