Blissful Friday evening Yoga with world-renowned teacher: Sky of Sama Yoga

I am honoured to be hosting Canadian-born teacher Sky, whose school of yoga, Sama Yoga, has blessed the lives of many people all over the world. Travelling from his home in Sweden, he will be with us for a weekend of nourishing Hatha Yoga, Qi Gong, Mantra, Pranayama and deeply relaxing Yin Yoga over 4 sessions. This is the first class of the weekend, which is a non-residential retreat.

Full weekend sessions are as follows:

Friday 15th: 5pm - 7pm

Saturday 16th am: 10am - 12.30pm

Saturday 16th pm: 3pm - 7pm (with talk before yoga)

Sunday 17th: 10am - 12.30pm
