✨Celebrate friendship and self-devotion this Galentine’s Day with an evening designed to nourish the heart and soften the spirit.
✨Gather with us on Thursday, February 12th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM for a restorative women’s sanctuary.
This intentional gathering weaves together gentle yoga, embodied breathwork, and soothing sound healing to help you unwind, reconnect with your inner self, and feel the strength of a supportive community.
✨Through mindful movement and shared presence, you are invited to cultivate deep self-care and forge meaningful new connections.
🥀Our journey will also include a beautiful Red Thread Ritual, fresh flowers, dark chocolate, and a celebratory toast to honor the bonds we share.
❤Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, cherished, and deeply restored.
Space is limited and this event is capped at 8 participants.

🥀Adrienne Smith is a Reiki Master-Teacher, Sound Healer, Sister Circle facilitator and Life Coach whose passion for healing and connection has led her to create and hold safe and sacred spaces that allow others to find peace, healing, and balance.

🥀Quinn Strong is a Yoga Therapist Intern, 500hr Yoga Teacher, and Integrative Somatic Coach specializing in trauma-sensitive yoga and lifestyle embodiment practices. With more than a decade of experience guiding diverse styles of yoga and mindfulness, she supports clients in cultivating resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful mind–body connection.
Quinn offers yoga therapy sessions and workshops both in her professional office space and virtually, making embodied healing and accessible yoga available to all.
