8:30AM arrive, center, welcome circle + Divers smoothies
8:45-9AM breathwork, pre-surf warm up and hip mobility
9-10:30AM surf!!
10:30-10:45AM refuel on snacks
10:45-11:45PM yoga: restorative flow, complete with optional sweet lil savasana massages
12-1PM Shaka breakfast burritos + community + optional quick second surf sesh
option to end with a shopping spree (with discounts!) @ Spinnakers and 50 South
