Blind Stampede

Blind Stampede is a Portland, Oregon-based band rooted in decades of musical camaraderie and a shared love of roots-driven rock & roll. Blending blues grit, country soul, and classic rock energy, their sound is built to feel good—turning shows into celebrations and dance floors into community.

Led by longtime songwriting partners John Q. Porter (lead guitar/vocals) and Chris Martin (rhythm guitar/vocals), with James Peale (Keyboards), and powered by Dan Davis (bass) and Chaz Holmes (drums/vocals). Blind Stampede delivers a deep, groove-forward experience. Their sets mix original songs with inspired takes on artists like Bob Dylan, the Rolling Stones, Grateful Dead, JJ Cale, R.E.M., and Dire Straits.

With more than 30 years playing together in notable Northwest bands, Blind Stampede is the sound of seasoned players making music for the joy of it - and bringing the crowd along for the ride.
