Welcome to Bleu Summit’s Sourdough Camp—We're so thrilled you’ve chosen us to start or continue your sourdough adventure. Whether you're a sourdough novice or a seasoned pro, we're excited to have all levels join us on this journey. You can never know too much about bread, right? Let’s grow together.
We know you had plenty of options out there, but you chose us, and we couldn’t be happier to have you aboard the sourdough train! Ready to dive into the world of sourdough with us? Keep reading for all the details.
CAMP Details:
When: Friday, March 21st, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Where: Bleu Summit, 706 W Church St, STE 800-900, Jasper, GA 30143 (beside Marco’s Pizza)
Who: Vonda – Your instructor and hostess with the mostess!
What to Expect:
This hands-on class will guide you through the ins and outs of sourdough, including:
Creating and maintaining your own starter
Meet and Greet
The history of sourdough (and why it’s so awesome!)
The basics of bread-baking techniques
Getting your hands dirty (we’re not kidding!)
And, of course, you'll leave with your very own loaf to bake at home and some other treats!
Oh, and did we mention? This is a BYOB event! So bring your favorite drink and let's make it a fun night. This is not your typical cookie cutter class!
Registration Details:
Class Fee: $50.00 NON REFUNDABLE deposit due upon registration
Remaining balance: $35.00 due upon arrival
