My mother, Josephine (Dean) Hixson a lifelong resident of Connellsville, wrote a Christian Easter themed children’s book and will be having an author meet & greet Saturday May 23rd from 11AM-2PM at the Carnegie Free Library - Connellsville.
Her paternal & maternal family dating back in Connellsville pre 1800’s. If you have little ones and are looking for something to do, stop by the library and listen to the amazing storyteller she is. � I am so proud of my mother!
