Join us for Shandon UMC's annual Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, October 4, from 3:00-4:00 p.m. in honor of St. Francis of Assisi Day, the patron saint of animals. Bring your leashed or caged pets to the East Lawn by the fountain for a special blessing. If it rains, we will meet in the Dunn-Smith Building in the Gym. Kids are welcome to bring a stuffed animal to be blessed as well.
