In honor of the Feast of Saint Francis of Assisi, patron saint of animals - and because we believe God welcomes all God's creatures - we will hold a blessing of the animals on Sunday, October 6. Bring your furry, feathered, or scaled friend to the church between 11:30am and 2:30pm for a blessing and a treat. Photos and mementos may also receive a blessing. Well-behaved pets are welcome in worship that morning.For this event we will also be collecting pet food and supplies for Companions Animal Center.
