Once again will be gathering to make snack Blessing Bags for AIM. Bring a snack, bring a friend and join the fun! Thank you all! Please bring some snacks from the list below, if you are able. We will be assembling the bags which include a pop tart, juice plus 5 individually wrapped snacks, an encouragement note and the AIM resource pamphlet. The blessing bags are the perfect way to make that first contact and start forming a friendship and building trust with those who are homeless and suffering from substance use disorder. We go to the streets of Kensington and beyond...handing out snack 'blessing bags,' PB&J sandwiches and clothing. Each blessing bag contains an AIM resource pamphlet with information and phone numbers to call when seeking medical help, shelter, detox/ treatment etc. If you are not yet friends with me on Facebook and wish to receive the monthly blessing bag invitation, please friend me on Facebook. www.aimngelsinmotion.org BELOW IS THE LIST OF SNACKS AND SUPPLIES NEEDED: (Note: One snack item NOT needed is fruit snacks. Thank you.) 1. Yoo-hoo, Capri-Sun, Kool-Aid Jammers etc. 2. Poptarts, Poparts, Poptarts - The packaging is deceiving because the box will say 12 poptarts but they are packaged in a 2 pack so it is really only enough for 6 bags. We always seem to run out of poptarts!!

4. Rice Krispie treats
5. Cereal bars, granola bars (chewy), Nutri-grain bars
6. Apple sauce cups or pouches /pudding cups/ fruit cups
7. Peanut butter crackers
8. Cookies
9. Nuts
10. Chips, pretzels, popcorn, Doritos

11. Gallon Zip Lock bags
12. Plastic spoons
13. Large reusable carry bags from places like Marshalls.

15. 4 x 6 encouragement notes - saying simple things like YOU ARE LOVED or YOU
ARE NOT ALONE. Handmade notes are wonderful ... if you would like sheets of
