During this 90-minute session, Ian will guide you through the art of bourbon blending, offering insider knowledge about the Remus Repeal Reserve Series and helping you craft your own personalized blend, which you will get to take home!
Event Schedule:
6:30 - 6:50 PM
Ian will introduce the Ross & Squibb Distillery, discussing what sets them apart and providing an overview of the Remus Repeal Reserve Series.
6:50 - 7:10 PM
Taste through five different batches (labeled A-E) with Ian as your guide, using specially crafted tasting mats to enhance your experience.
7:10 - 7:40 PM
Ian will lead you through blending your own unique creation using 100ml blending cylinders and small bottles.
7:40 - 7:50 PM
Compare your custom blend to the renowned Remus Repeal Reserve Series VIII.
